Scientific Dialogue with Astronaut and former Minister of Science Pedro Duque
The Spanish Embassy in Berlin, through its Science and Culture Department gave me the opportunity to moderate this talk with the former Spanish Minister for Science and Innovation some months after he had left his post in the Spanish Government.
He spoke frankly about his time in politics, in particular the challenges one might face as an outsider wanting to shake things up in systems that carry so much institutional inertia.
